VENDOR REGISTRATION

    BOOTH SPACE IS $200.00
    Checks can be made out to: Cugini di Roc

    DETAILS AND DOCUMENTATION:
    • Cost of event: $200.00 Due two weeks from date of signed contact.
    • Approximate number of participants: 250-300
    • Vendors must provide their own equipment
    • Set up time: vendors can begin to set up at 9am
    • Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition that they found it.
    • Please submit a copy of your Monroe County Department of Public Health Permit and
    • If you are a food truck or cart (as opposed to a tent type), please submit a current City of Rochester vending license.
    • Cancellation policy: Full refund before September 1, 2025.
     
    Cugini di roc and their affiliates will not be held liable for lost, stolen, damage to equipment or injury occurred during the Italian Heritage Day event.
